Frankfurter Buchmesse is the largest book fair in the world, an international trademark and a model for other cultural events to follow. The company is active in international publishing throughout the year, not just during the book fair itself.
Frankfurter Buchmesse organises German collective stands at major trade fairs and other relevant creative industry events around the world, with financial support from the German Federal Foreign Office and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
A team of eight colleagues is responsible for our core activities: the collective stands, digital and physical programmes of professional industry events and talks by German-language authors, networking opportunities and presentations on German books.
