Kulturverlag Kadmos
Named after Kadmos, who brought the Phoenician alphabet to Greece while searching for his sister Europa, this Berlin publishing house has set itself the goal of giving humanities topics a place in the book landscape. A diverse publishing programme combines scholarly ambition with sophisticated design. In the 25 years of the publishing house's history, over 450 titles by renowned authors have appeared, from Jan Assmann to Slavoj Žižek. Kadmos also meets up-and-coming talents with publishing courage.
