Vivian Stergiou was born in 1992 and is an Athens-based writer. She studied law in Athens and Utrecht and is now a PhD candidate at the Law School of Athens. Her first collection of short stories "μπλε υγρό" (Πόλις publications, 2017) was awarded the Menis Koumantareas prize by the Hellenic Authors Society. Her second collection of short stories, "δέρμα" (Πόλις publications), will be published in March 2022. She is a columnist for the weekly newspaper LiFO.
