GrigorisBekos was born in Agrinion, Greece, in 1987. He is a journalist, book reviewer and literary editor. He studied atPanteion University of Athens [Department of Communication, Media and Culture]. He is currently working for To Vima tis Kiriakis [The Sunday Herald], one of Greece’s major andtraditional newspapers, as a critic (mainly for translated literature) and reporter on culture and ideas. From 2015 onwards he is the Foreign Literature and Translated Non-fiction Editor at Kastaniotis Editions SA, one of country’s leading publishing houses.
