In her role as the General Manager/Editor-in-Chief at Mirrorfiction, Cheng-yu Dong has developed numerous IPs that achieved success in both the publishing and film/television sectors, all the while nurturing emerging authors. She is also a scriptwriter.

Established in 2017, Mirrorfiction has received multiple literature awards in Taiwan and has formed collaborations with industries such as film, gaming, and comics. The primary focus is on licensing and adapting book IPs. Among the more than 40 IP rights sold, several works have been adapted into TV dramas, stage plays, board games, and more.
