Niki is part of the Frankfurter Buchmesse's international team and is in charge of German collective stands at international festivals as Book World Prague, and international professional programmes as for example the Special Programme for Publishers from Ukraine and Neighbouring Countries.

Niki also oversees Frankfurter Buchmesse's international Book-to-Screen partnerships and activities.  

Her work thus focuses on the idea of community, the promotion of international dialogue, and the "translation" of stories - both from one language to another and from page to screen.
