Frauke Kniffler, the Head of the Rights & Licensing Department at Klett-Cotta Publishing since May 2019. Klett-Cotta, with its imprints Hobbit Press and Tropen, specializes in a wide range of fiction, non-fiction, and fantasy books, including a huge program of special books on psychology and psychotherapy. Between 2001 and 2019, she worked as the Licensing Manager at Kosmos Verlag, handling foreign licenses of board games at first and then domestic book licenses, including paperbacks, film rights, audiobooks, merchandise, etc. She underwent training at dtv publishers in Munich right after school, and after excursions into other fields of study, she studied book science in Mainz.
