Mona Lang, born in 1987, is the Editorial Director for International Fiction at Verlag Kiepenheuer & Witsch based in Cologne, Germany. She has joined the company in 2012 as a trainee and has worked as an editorial assistant and editor for international fiction. Before that she worked for Dumont Buchverlag. Mona sits on the board oft he literature house in Bonn where she lives. She speaks and reads English, French and Spanish and acquires literature from all over the world. Her authors include Tess Gunty, Jonathan Safran Foer, Quentin Tarantino, Stuart Nadler, Andre Abreu, Miranda July, Dave Eggers, Imbolo Mbue and many more.
