The independent wo-men publishing is oriented toward art documentary books. The publishing house was established in 2012 by a literary documentarian Barbora Baronová. The main aim of wo-men publishing is to share high quality literary and photographic non-fiction projects created by mainly Czech authors. Mostly, the books by wo-men include voices of marginalized people, and cover non-mainstream topics. Many of them were awarded in the Czech Republic, as well as abroad.
