After nearly 10 years as a bookseller specialising in comics, Matthieu Morvan launched You Only Read Once in 2014 on YouTube and Instagram. A fun way to cascade through words to cover comics in all their forms!

He then joined the team behind the RTBF TV programme ‘Le 6-8’ in 2017, before joining the team behind ‘La Matinale’ on the 24-hour news channel LN24 in 2019. 

He has been a columnist for the specialist website Comixtrip since 2023. He is also a member of the Association des Chroniqueurs et Journalistes de Bande Dessinée (ACBD) and sits on the jury of the Prix bd Jeunesse, awarded each year at the Festival du livre et de la presse jeunesse de Montreuil.
