Labor Ateliergemeinschaft is a studio collective of six freelance graphic designers, illustrators and authors based in Frankfurt, Germany.
We are Anke Kuhl, Philip Waechter, Jörg Mühle, Natascha Vlahovic and Zuni and Kirsten von Zubinski. We have been working in this set-up for a number of years – either individually or as a group – on a broad range of projects: children’s and YA books, illustrations for newspapers and magazines, book covers and book design, book readings, workshops, exhibitions and self-initiated works.
INFORMATION FOR TEACHERS
The workshops last one hour and are intended for a class of up to 30 students aged 6 to 11. Each session will start with an introduction by the artists, after which the children will get to make their own art. Their finished work will be used to decorate the German Pavilion until the end of the fair and can be collected on the final day.
